GT Enterprise will also determine the correct shipping company based on the amount paid by you at time of checkout. Shipping times will vary by supplier. Shipping Rates
Most shipping is through UPS. Dry mix orders under 2lbs may ship via USPS. We only ship to the U.S.A. If you want insurance and/or delivery confirmation on USPS packages, you MUST state this on your order or have the order shipped at your own risk. These packages will incur extra USPS actual charges for the extra services.
Shipping and handling is $11.00 if you order just dry mixes or just brewed coffees and/or syrups. If you order a combination of dry mixes and brewed coffees and/or syrups, there is an additional $6.00 fee for shipping for a total of $17.00
Shopping cart does not figure discounts.
Shipping Breakdown
Depending on what you order, you may receive 2 separate shipments for 1 order placed. The estimated shipping time is 5 - 10 working days after I send you or your consultant a paid invoice. This time can increase because of holiday high volume or large orders.
Items from our dry mix supplier include all food mixes, beverage mixes and tea bags.
Items from our coffee supplier include one pots, 4oz, 8oz, 1lb and 5lb bags of coffee and 750ml Stasero drink syrups.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped direct from our 2 suppliers. What this means is that your coffee is roasted and your dry mixes are hand packed and then shipped direct to you. No order is processed until full payment has been received. Any order cancelled after payment has been made will be assessed a 15% fee. Unless a product is received damaged, there are no refunds. Please note that items with "chips" in them could melt during shipment in the hot months. Also, pasta will sometimes cause condensation in mixes if left in the heat. These items are ordered at your own risk during hot months. If you receive a damaged item/s, you must notify Cathy within 5 working days in order to receive a replacement or credit. If a product is damaged in shipment, the box and all packing must be kept so UPS can inspect it if they choose to for the claim. UPS claims can take up to 6 weeks to process.
APO/AFO Coffee Orders
APO/AFO coffee orders will be shipped to our dry mix supplier first and then on to you. These orders incur a $5 handling fee for the dry mix supplier to send the coffees to you for a total of $17.50 in shipping fees. The coffee supplier does not ship to APO/AFO addresses. This is our fastest and least expensive option to get coffees to you. Also, please make sure before ordering that your base/country allows coffee to be shipped to you. Some do not and Kat's Coffees & More will not be held responsible for confiscated coffee.
Mineralicious! Makeup Shipping Policy
In general, all orders ship within 48 hours of payment, with the following exceptions:
* weekends * holidays * issues with your order/payment * out of stock item * high order volume * custom order item
If your order processing time falls on a weekend or holiday, we will ship the next business day.
If there is an issue with your order/payment, we will contact you to let you know. Please be sure to add: info@mineralicious.com to your whitelist, to ensure that you receive our emails.
We strive to ensure that the website accurately reflects the stock on hand, but occasionally we make a mistake. If an item that you order is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would like a substitute, store credit for the item or a refund. We will hold the order until we hear back from you, so please add info@mineralicious.com to your email program whitelist.
In the case of high order volume, we will add a note to the front page of the website reflecting the change in turn around time, as well as post on the blog.
If you have ordered a custom order item, please allow at least a week for production & order processing.
