Welcome to our Tempt The Senses online store! We hope to provide you with a wide variety of products. There is something for everyone here!

Tempt The Senses is owned and maintained by GT Enterprise. Here at GT Enterprise, we are committed to a "one stop shop" filled with products carefully selected from our vendors. Our vendors mainly include talented small business owners who believe in providing you with wonderful hand made items. Our vendors also include established companies which offer ground floor opportunities and great new products. These vendors were selected by our personal knowledge of either the business owners themselves and/or our own personal use of the products.

LAY-A-WAY option is now available!! Simply fill your cart and proceed to check out. At check out, be sure to select the "Bill Me" shipping option and also the Cashiers Check/Money Order Payment option. In the comments box, enter Layaway and we will send you an invoice via email. 20% of your order is due upon receipt of your invoice. The remainder of your order is due within 90 days. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within 90 days, NO REFUNDS will be given. Please note: if you choose to use the layaway option, your item(s) will not be ordered from our vendors until payment is made IN FULL. For more details, please contact us.

Privacy Policy:

Tempt The Senses and its Affiliates appreciate your business. While your Affiliate will receive credit for any orders that you submit, any purchases made on this site are with Tempt The Senses, therefore the Affiliate does not see your payment information. Your e-mail information will be shared with your Affiliate. We encourage you to maintain this relationship, as your Affiliate looks forward to helping you with any on or offline needs you may have.

 
Your information is safe with us.  Your information will not be shared with 3rd party lists. When you place your order, we require certain personal information. This is for order processing and customer service purposes only; however, your mailing address may be shared with the appropriate Vendor(s) in order for your products to be shipped to your door in a timely manner.

Return Policy:

GT Enterprise is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our facility. Damaged items MAY be eligible for product replacement under the following guidelines:

You must contact GT Enterprise within 24 hours of receipt of damaged items. You will be required to return the damaged items to us prior to receiving new items.

You will not receive a refund of your purchase amount; however, you may receive a replacement of the same product or equivalent if the item is no longer available or a credit with GT Enterprise for future purchase.

Return & Refund Policy (Non Damaged items)

No refunds due to the nature of our products (with the exception of SoyLicious. See SoyLicious Return Policy below). However, if you place an order with us and your items are no longer available, we will issue you a refund on the out of stock items OR provide you with a store credit.
 

SoyLicious . com Return Policy


If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to SoyLicious.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. SoyLicious.com will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us at and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Please Note: We are not responsible for shipping/transit or USPS logistics. **Please use Insurance when ordering.** We are more than happy to help with any problems you may experience with the USPS, but cannot guarantee delivery. If you wish to have your package delivered by alternate carriers, we will be happy to oblige at your expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. Insurance option is highly recommended.
 
Payment Policy:
 
All payments are due immediately or upon receipt of a billed invoice. Your orders will not be shipped or purchased from our vendor(s) until payment is made and authorized. Failure to pay your invoice within 30 days may result in collection fees.
 
Shipping Policy:

Items will be shipped via the USPS, Fed-ex, or UPS Ground depending on our supplier. GT Enterprise will also determine the correct shipping company based on the amount paid by you at time of checkout. Shipping times will vary by supplier. Please see our complete policy here per vendor. Shipping and Return Policies are listed below - PER VENDOR.

Tempt The Senses takes great pride in the products offered to you. We have selected our vendors carefully. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we must still meet the guidelines of our Vendor's individual policies. If you have any questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to meet your expectations to keep you completely satisfied.

Any items purchased will not be ordered from our Vendors until payment is received AND cleared.



Kat's Coffees and More Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates


Most shipping is through UPS. Dry mix orders under 2lbs may ship via USPS. We only ship to the U.S.A. If you want insurance and/or delivery confirmation on USPS packages, you MUST state this on your order or have the order shipped at your own risk. These packages will incur extra USPS actual charges for the extra services.

Shipping and handling is $11.00 if you order just dry mixes or just brewed coffees and/or syrups. If you order a combination of dry mixes and brewed coffees and/or syrups, there is an additional $6.00 fee for shipping for a total of $17.00

Shopping cart does not figure discounts.
 

Shipping Breakdown


Depending on what you order, you may receive 2 separate shipments for 1 order placed. The estimated shipping time is 5 - 10 working days after I send you or your consultant a paid invoice. This time can increase because of holiday high volume or large orders.

Items from our dry mix supplier include all food mixes, beverage mixes and tea bags.

Items from our coffee supplier include one pots, 4oz, 8oz, 1lb and 5lb bags of coffee and 750ml Stasero drink syrups.

Shipping Information


All orders are shipped direct from our 2 suppliers. What this means is that your coffee is roasted and your dry mixes are hand packed and then shipped direct to you. No order is processed until full payment has been received. Any order cancelled after payment has been made will be assessed a 15% fee. Unless a product is received damaged, there are no refunds. Please note that items with "chips" in them could melt during shipment in the hot months. Also, pasta will sometimes cause condensation in mixes if left in the heat. These items are ordered at your own risk during hot months. If you receive a damaged item/s, you must notify Cathy within 5 working days in order to receive a replacement or credit. If a product is damaged in shipment, the box and all packing must be kept so UPS can inspect it if they choose to for the claim. UPS claims can take up to 6 weeks to process.

APO/AFO Coffee Orders


APO/AFO coffee orders will be shipped to our dry mix supplier first and then on to you. These orders incur a $5 handling fee for the dry mix supplier to send the coffees to you for a total of $17.50 in shipping fees. The coffee supplier does not ship to APO/AFO addresses. This is our fastest and least expensive option to get coffees to you. Also, please make sure before ordering that your base/country allows coffee to be shipped to you. Some do not and Kat's Coffees & More will not be held responsible for confiscated coffee.
 

Mineralicious! Makeup Shipping Policy


In general, all orders ship within 48 hours of payment, with the following exceptions:
* weekends * holidays * issues with your order/payment * out of stock item * high order volume * custom order item

If your order processing time falls on a weekend or holiday, we will ship the next business day.
If there is an issue with your order/payment, we will contact you to let you know. Please be sure to add: info@mineralicious.com to your whitelist, to ensure that you receive our emails.
We strive to ensure that the website accurately reflects the stock on hand, but occasionally we make a mistake. If an item that you order is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would like a substitute, store credit for the item or a refund. We will hold the order until we hear back from you, so please add info@mineralicious.com to your email program whitelist.
In the case of high order volume, we will add a note to the front page of the website reflecting the change in turn around time, as well as post on the blog.
If you have ordered a custom order item, please allow at least a week for production & order processing.
 

SoyLicious . com Shipping Policy


Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order via method selected.

 

Whimsical Seasons Shipping Policy


ALL ORDERS ON THIS SITE ARE MADE TO ORDER. THIS MEANS THAT YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN IMPORTED, THEREFORE CREATION TIME MUST BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDERS. WHILE WE ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO CREATE AND SHIP AS PROMPTLY AS WE CAN, YOU MUST BE PATIENT WHILE YOUR ORDER IS BEING CREATED. SHIPPING CAN TAKE AS LONG AS 4 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR ORDER. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR RESERVATIONS CONCERNING OUR SHIP TIMES, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US.
